This page explains how to delete your PoketGo account, provided by Poket Go Sdn Bhd.

In the app

Open PoketGo and sign in.
Go to Profile → Personal details → Delete account.
Confirm. Your account is deleted and you are signed out.

Without the app

Email support@poketgo.com with the subject “Delete my PoketGo account”, from the email address on your account, and include your full name and registered mobile number. We will verify your identity and confirm when your account has been deleted.

What we delete

Your account details (name, ID number, mobile number, email and PIN), the link between your account and your device, and the details, ID photos, selfie video, emergency contacts and fraud-prevention data of applications that did not become a loan.

What we keep

Records of loans and repayments, and the information we must keep with them, for the period required by law (including the Moneylenders Act 1951 and anti-money-laundering laws). They are then deleted. Deleting your account does not cancel any amount you still owe.
